I’m currently completing my dissertation on Robert Louis Stevenson’s South Pacific travel writing and his personal (unpublished) photograph collection. This project combines my interests in 19th-c. Scottish fiction and travel photography. I spent 2012–2013 in Edinburgh (Scotland) researching and performing a physical inventory of the R. L. Stevenson archive at The Writers’ Museum.
