Information for Graduating Students

Students hoping to graduate during the Spring 2010 Convocation must apply to graduate between 17–20 November 2009. Changes can be made to current applications until 30 April 2010.

Spring 2010 Convocation Checklist

1. Apply to Graduate on SOLUS

17–20 November: All students finishing degree requirements during the Fall/Winter 2009–10 session and planning to graduate in Spring 2010 should apply to graduate now using QCARD.

21 November–30 April: Students may use SOLUS to make changes to their original applicaiton, discard their submitted application, or submit a new application.

2. Check the Requirements

Check your departmental chapter in the Arts & Science Calendar to confirm that you have completed the course requirements for your degree. You may also use the English Department’s Program Assessment Forms for MAJORS, MINORS, and MEDIALS.

Check the Arts & Science faculty regulations in the Calendar concerning the awarding of degrees:

• Regulation 24: Application for a Degree
• Regulation 25: Required Average for Graduation
• Regulation 26: Degree with Distinction
