Energy balance of a farm comes out nicely positive
Kingston – The Queen’s University chemistry department has conducted a year long analysis on a farm
operation that could help other producers realize important efficiencies in energy use. Although the study was designed for a specific farm and the results are unpublished, Queen’s professor Gary vanLoon said it underlines several
ways farmers following similar practices could benefit.
