The Equity Office has developed an Exit Survey to help us meet our commitment to the staff and faculty. All employees departing Queen's University are asked to complete the Survey, which provides us with valuable feedback concerning the reasons people leave the University as well as the quality of one's work experience here. This information is useful in identifying ways in which the University can change and improve itself. Indeed, this data will be used to assist Queen's in improving operations, policies and practices in the working environment for employees.
Participation in the Exit Survey is entirely voluntary. Responses are sent directly to the Equity Office only and are strictly confidential.
