Description:

In this course students will learn how to best manage email using: flag messages for follow-up, conversation view and QuickSteps. They will also learn how to organize and accept meetings. In addition, students will learn how to use tasks efficiently and use instant search. Most of all, students will learn how to integrate the various parts of Outlook to function as a time and project management tool. There is a $50 attendance fee charged to the participant's department or faculty.
