In this session we will share some practices we employ to create and foster a research environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and supported. We have found these practices to enhance our ability to communicate, collaborate, and solve problems within our research team. Our discussion will focus on relatively easy-to-implement, sustainable, and effective approaches that contribute to an inclusive and efficient lab environment.
