TalentEgg was founded by Lauren Friese. Upon graduating from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2005, Lauren wasn’t sure exactly what to do next. She opted for grad school, attending the London School of Economics in the UK. While in the UK, Lauren discovered, career websites that allowed her to research job opportunities and browse free resources. Lauren moved back to Canada, set up TalentEgg and the rest is history, with TalentEgg being the definitive leader in online campus recruitment in Canada.
