Getting involved

The diversity of the campus community is reflected in the many campus organizations that welcome your involvement as they strive to enrich the social and cultural life at Queen's. At Queen's, we cherish the diversity of human experience and background, and support the freedom of individuals to study, teach, work and carry out research as we pursue institutional excellence. The Office of the University Advisor on Equity and the Human Rights Office offer information about policies, help lines, support groups, campus and community organizations that work towards these goals.

Eating on campus

Options from a quick snack to a full formal dinner are offered through Food Services and the University Club. Ask about the club's complimentary introductory membership for new faculty members. All Queen's Staff and Faculty are invited to participate in $5 Fridays. Eat lunch for only $5 in the Ban Righ or Leonard Dining Rooms. For dates of this special offer check here.

 An electronic subscription to the Queen's News Centre will give you a daily update of Queen's in national and international news. OnQ is the University's publication for employees. It will be delivered to your department, or you can read it online.
