The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science consists of 10 engineering disciplines. Instruction emphasizes interaction in a hands-on/team-based learning environment which has been enhanced by the opening of the Applied Science Integrated Learning Centre in 2004. Faculty, staff, and students have access to extensive teaching and research laboratories, as well as computing facilities.
