An accessible city for all residents

The City of Kingston strives to remove barriers for persons with disabilities on City properties and services. You can request accessible municipal information in a format serving your needs by calling 613-546-0000. You can also report an accessibility concern with city services online.

The Province of Ontario provides accessible parking permits, and in the City of Kingston, you can find parking spaces that can be used only with an accessible  parking permit. . 

Kingston's transit routes are served by accessible buses with kneeling capability. Kingston Transit also offers an Accessible Transit Services handbook.

City Taxi at 613-542-3333 or Amey's Taxi at 613-546-1111 have on demand accessible taxis available.
