Ryan A. Randall is an Associate of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers and actively shoots commercials, documentaries, and media arts projects. An equipment specialist and repair technician, he has tended the equipment cage at OCAD University for the past decade and now at Queen’s University.

Graduating from the Ontario College of Art & Design in 2002; Ryan is an educator, technician, father, and part-time farmer. He is constantly collaborating, frequently fixing things, and persistently problem solving.

The latest documentary he has photographed, A Rock and a Hard Place has won a Honourable Mentions at the 2015 DOXA Festival. The latest media installation project he has shot, Warden & McNicoll, is exhibiting at the National Gallery of Canada April-September 2015, recently wrapping up at the Alex Colville Exhibition at the Art Gallery of Ontario.

Ryan can be found in the Film and Media Shop, Monday to Friday 11:00 to 3:00, Room 117.
