Tax Information (For Employees Only)

2016 Electronic Tax Slips now available

Active employees who consented to receive electronic tax slips prior to 13:10 PM on February 1st, 2017 can now view and print the forms via MyHR.

2016 Paper Tax Slips

Paper tax slips are currently being sent to print.  Upon completion, the slips will be sent to Canada Post (by latest February 28th) for delivery to employee home addresses. 

Paper tax slips will be sent to the following employee groups:

  • Active employees who did not consent to electronic tax slips
  • Active employees who gave their consent after 13:10 PM on February 1st, 2017
  • Employees with Inactive status as of February 1st
  • Retirees


Requesting copies of 2016 Tax Slips

To provide sufficient time for Canada Post deliveries, Payroll Services will begin accepting copy requests after March 15th, 2017.

To request a copy, please complete a Payroll - Tax Slip Copy Request form (PAY-FRM-055) found on the Financial Services Website:


Consent now to get your tax slip early next year!

To give consent to receive your T4/T4A electronically:

  • Log into MyHR Self Service
  • Select Payroll and Compensation
  • Select T4/T4A Consent
  • Click the check-box to indicate your consent
  • Click the Submit button
  • Click OK to confirm your consent
