New Guidelines on completing Form T2200 (Declaration of Conditions of Employment)

Financial Services has released guidelines to assist individuals in accurately completing Form T2200.

From time to time employees will ask their managers to fill out and sign Form T2200 in order to support a claim on their personal income tax return for expenses related to their employment such as supplies, work-space-at-home, or motor vehicle expenses. To minimize the risk both to the University and to the signatory of the form, it is crucial that employees and signatories take the time to make sure the questions on Form T2200 are answered accurately.
