Training System Modules

Prior to receiving access to any of the following online system applications, users must first attend training. Before registering for any of the following training modules, please ensure a Financial Systems Security Access Request form and the Undertaking Regarding Confidential Information form has been completed and authorized by your Business Officer and forwarded to Financial Services.

Journal Entry  Register

Learn the basics for why and when you would create a journal entry.  Find out why choosing the correct ChartField matters. Understand the requirements for facilitating the GL workflow approval and documentation compliance process. In this instructor-led workshop, you will have an opportunity to access the online Journal Entry application and learn how to create, edit, copy, submit, and delete a journal.

Purchase Requisition  Register 

The online Purchase Requisition module will demonstrate the creation and submission of Purchase Requisitions. Along with step-by-step order submission instructions, the session includes discussions and views of the P2P (Procure to Pay) process and valuable information on Procurement resources (useful forms, contacts, website links, etc.). This module is available to new & existing users.  

Query Viewer

With the launch of the new FAST Financial Reporting Tool, the Query Viewer application continues to be available, however training is no longer being offered.  If you are a current user of Query Viewer and have tried to mirror a specific query in FAST but with no success, please visit the Post Production Support Schedule for assistance.  Indicate the specific query name and an example of the data you would normally define when running the query and a member of the support team will be pleased to assist you.
