Research Project Not on Portal
There are multiple reasons why a Project ID may not be appearing on your portal. After completing the following two reviews, Research Accounting may assist in identifying any underlying IT issues.
Project ID creation in process by Research Accounting, Financial Services
- Contact Research Accounting, Financial Services
- Provide P.I. Name, Funding Source, and Contract/Grant Value
Project ID portal access view must be authorized by Principal Investigator
- Complete form FIN-FRM-008
- Include Fund, Department, Project ID
- Select Portal Access box (and Signing Authority boxes if applicable)
- Form must be authorized by Principal Investigator
- Forward original form to Research Accounting, Financial Services (email is not acceptable)
- One form for each Project ID is required
