The following table offers guidance on public queries which would be useful in reconciliation Trust and Endowment funds:
| Query Name | Criteria | Use |
| QU_GL_FUNDDETAIL | Transaction detail for your trust fund, including Accounts Payable information | This will give the user all actual transactions posted to their department including Accounts Payable information |
| QU_GL_FUNDTRANS | Transactions for a Fund for one month | This will give the user all transactions posted to their Fund - this would be used for Trust Funds other than those in 85000 |
| QU_GL_YTD_FUNDTRANSUNITS | All transactions for a Fund and the units associated to it for a year | This will give all transactions for an endowment and the units |
