What annual increases are currently negotiated for faculty?
The negotiated annual salary increase under the current (2008-2011) collective agreement with the Queen’s University Faculty Association (QUFA) is composed of a 3.2% scale increase, an average 2.5% career development and merit increase, and additional annual average increases of 0.4%.
This is consistent with settlements at other universities. In 2008-2009, the average increase for all faculty members was 6.1%.
