STEP 1 - BEFORE YOU START
Before submitting your request for student recipient information (specifically historical recipient information and student thank-you notes), can you please check that this information is not already available on Advance (fund reports) or was previously sent to you or your team by your affiliated Fund Stewardship Officer.

IMPORTANT
Current Recipient Name(s) - Information available will depend on when the student is selected and notified.
Historical Recipient Name(s) - Information will be limited to recipients of the last 5 years.
Student Thank you Submission(s) - Information will be limited to recipients in the last 2 years.

STEP 6 - TIMING
5 - 10 business days is normally required during peak periods (i.e. Homecoming, Stewardship Reporting, Fund Reports). Reminder: To use the multiple fund request function, the information requested must be the same for all funds. All information will be sent to you on the same date. If you require information for a particular fund on a different date (before or after the date defined in step 6), please submit a single request for that particular fund.
