I am an exchange student. Which French courses am I eligible for?

If you are interested in studying French while at Queen's, we will do our best to get you into a conversation class (FREN P16, P17, 219, 320) depending on your level (generally 3 units), or a lecture class from our list but we cannot guarantee you a spot. I am a French native. Can I get into upper year courses without the pre-requisites?

You should meet with the Undergraduate Chair of French Studies, Agnès Conacher at conacher@queensu.ca to discuss your options. Please remember that until Class Selection II (July 25th to August 3rd) or until Open Enrollment begins (Sept 5th) we will not be able to register you in a class. We have restriction until those dates for students enrolled in a French Plan.
