Available Expert - London transport authority rejects Uber license renewal

Friday, September 22, 2017

Queen’s University business expert John-Kurt Pliniussen is available to comment on London’s (UK) transport agency choice not to renew Uber’s license to operate.

“In London, Uber will appeal and lose its appeal because it has underestimated the power of its own political miscalculations,” says Dr. Pliniussen. “London is a huge market loss and sends signals to all the lobbyists, globally, who represent besieged taxi companies everywhere. More attempted upending of uber is on its way. Guaranteed.”

Dr. Pliniussen has limited availability between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. EST.
