Off-campus access to the MyHR and PeopleSoft Finance systems has been restored.
Off-campus access to the MyHR and PeopleSoft Finance systems has been restored. Users should now be able to access these systems from remote locations.
In addition, the Pension Self Service system (AON) has been restored and is available to on- and off-campus users.
The self-serve functionality within MyHR remains suspended and accounts are currently “read-only.” If you wish to make changes to your banking information, please contact Payroll Services at (613) 533-6000 ext 75275. If you need to update your personal information, please contact Human Resources at (613) 533-2070.
If you are having trouble with your NetID or password, please contact the ITSC at (613) 533-6666.
The university is reminding those who have not done so recently to update and strengthen their NetID passwords. This quick step will help ensure the security of the Queen’s network.
