Fire alarm testing at the Isabel

Technicians from Siemens Building Technologies will be performing fire alarm testing and verification in the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts on Monday, May 8 from 10 am until noon. The audible bells and strobe lights will activate periodically during the two-hour period, but will only activate for a few seconds at a time.

The technicians will notify Campus Security and Emergency Services before and after testing; however, if any building occupants hear a continuous alarm during the testing period, they should evacuate the building and follow standard fire safety procedures.

Any questions regarding this planned testing should be directed to Fixit by phone at ext. 77301 or by email.
