The Information Technology Support Centre (ITSC) will extend its support hours for telephone and online inquiries from Jan. 9-12 in order to better serve the campus community.
In addition to the regular posted hours, telephone and online support will be extended from 5 pm until 8 pm.
The IT Support Centre is the first point of contact for faculty, staff and students with Information Technology Services (ITS). It provides assistance, information and referrals for all Queen’s IT-related issues. Visit the ITS website to learn more about the ITSC and its services.
