Congratulations to PhD student, Callum Walter, on receiving the Loránd Eötvös Award from the European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE).
The Loránd Eötvös Award is awarded for the best paper in Geophysical Prospecting. The guidelines for the award state that the paper should be of high scientific standard and should represent a significant contribution or an outstanding tutorial in one or more of the disciplines in the EAGE.
Callum's supervisors Dr. Alexander Braun and Dr. Georgia Fotopoulos, are co-authors on the paper, titled, “High-resolution unmanned aerial vehicle aeromagnetic surveys for mineral exploration targets“, published in Geophysical Prospecting, Vol. 68, Issue 1, January 2020, p. 334 – 349. https://doi.org/10.1111/1365-2478.12914
