Course Content

This course builds on language skills learned in GRMN 206 and 207* (or other courses and experiences). It is designed for students at the intermediate-advanced level and aims at further developing communicative competence in the specialized field of business, commerce and industry, and German in the workplace. We will work on expanding vocabulary, deepening listening and reading comprehension skills, and practice busines-related speaking activities. GRMN 306* also endeavours to cultivate cross-cultural awareness and competence. The course is oriented towards preparing students for the internationally recognized business German exam Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf.
