Last year, Queen's Annual Appeal 09-10 highlighted Queen's students and researchers advancing stroke and migraine treatment, understanding environmental change, helping find a cure for cancer, improving sustainable living, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and more.

This year, the 2010-11 Queen's Annual Appeal launched with Rendalyn Preun, Life Sciences'09 sharing her story about finding a solution to clean up the Earth.

Now we are sharing Sharon Peacock, Meds'11 story of how Queen's students are nurturing social change.

handsQueen's has a rich tradition of achieving ground-breaking successes in research and teaching across disciplines - work that is uncovering discoveries to improve our world and our lives. No matter your passion or interest, there are innovations and breakthroughs being made at Queen's right now that will touch your life. And you play a vital role in those successes.

Please, take a few moments to read Rendalyn's and Sharon's stories and learn how gifts to the Annual Appeal helped them, just as your gift will help students and researchers on campus today in making a difference.

Please, add your strength and  join the 2010-11 Queen's Annual Appeal with a gift!
