Did you know your gifts make a difference?

Students at ConvocationYour gifts to the Teaching Excellence Fund support the pre-service programs of greatest need.

Among other things, your gift helps:

  • facilitate teacher candidate practicum where Queen's students put their classroom learning into practical experience under the guidance of associate teacher mentors
  • bring expert presenters to speak with specific classes or with all students
  • provide and maintain information and communication technology to improve our teaching methods and prepare students for what they will use in their own classrooms
  • enable library support and acquisition to ensure we offer current resources to our students

Your gift is vital to Queen's Faculty of Education students – and their students

Fostering educational opportunities for every child benefits society as a whole. Education is correlated to participation in communities, to better socioeconomic status and to better health.

Please make your investment in education by helping Queen's Faculty of Education provide our teacher candidates with the very best learning opportunities so that they can become the very best teachers.

Strength in Unity

Although 90% of alumni are self-identified charitable supporters, fewer than 10% currently make an annual gift to Queen's. This is at odds with both our unique spirit and alumni engagement.

Alumni strength in unity makes a great difference to Queen's students. Please, add your strength with a gift to the Annual Appeal today .
