Did you know your gifts make a difference?

Students at Convocation

With the generosity of law alumni like you Queen's Law students arrived in September to first-class renovated learning facilities?

Over the past year we asked for your help with the Classroom Renewal Project, an extensive transformation of Macdonald Hall's four basement classrooms and a second floor seminar room.

Alumni and firms responded generously and we have now achieved our fundraising target of $1.3 million.

Students and faculty are delighted with the new teaching spaces, which feature state-of-the-art educational technology, improved accessibility, ventilation, acoustics, classroom and lighting design, and new furniture throughout.

Your gifts to the Queen's Law School Fund (formerly the Law Alumni Fund) support the areas of greatest need and emerging priorities.

Among other things, your gifts will help:

1. enhance our curricular offerings for our students,

2. support student participation in national and international mooting competitions,

3. support international student exchanges,

4. fund national and international conferences and symposia at Queen's Law, and

5. fund summer internship opportunities for students.

Strength in Unity

Although 90% of alumni are self-identified charitable supporters, fewer than 10% currently make an annual gift to Queen's. This is at odds with both our unique spirit and alumni engagement.

Alumni strength in unity makes a great difference to Queen's students. Please, add your strength with a gift to the Annual Appeal today .
