Queen's Annual Appeal
Did you know Queen's School of Business students are empowering people and nurturing social change in Kingston?
As co-chairs of this year's Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) group, Emilie, Comm'11 and Alice, Comm'12 are leading a group of 20 students who are empowering people in the Kingston community by applying business and economic concepts.
This year, SIFE is launching Project Self-Start, a program to educate the homeless population of Kingston in basic entrepreneurial skills. SIFE other projects include Micro-Finance Consulting, Highschool Financial Literacy, Financial Reintegration, Elementary Entrepreneurship and Seniors Finance.
