Please be considerate of other patients by providing 24 hours cancellation notice when you are unable to keep your appointment. This will provide an opportunity for someone else to use that appointment time.

The Health Service is equipped with a voice mail system with accepts messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call 613-533-2506 and leave a message on the Cancellation Line.

Please Note: There is a $30.00 fee for missed 10 minute appointments, and a $60.00 fee for missed 20 minute appointments. There is a $90.00 fee for missed half hour appointments.

Counselling Service:

If you need to cancel, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible, therefore call 613-533-6000 ext. 78264, no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the lines are busy or you are calling after regular working hours, please leave a message on our 24-hour confidential line (613-533-2506), which includes your name, student number, the date and time of the appointment being cancelled. Missing an appointment without providing adequate notice results in the loss of service to other students. Consequently, $30.00 is charged for each appointment not cancelled in advance, and any future appointments that are already booked may be deleted. You will be notified of the charge by mail; payment may be made at Room 108, 146 Stuart Street (La Salle Building, 1st floor).
