Cancelling an appointment

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. You can call 533-6467 to speak with someone or leave a confidential message. There will be a $25 charge for each appointment NOT cancelled 24 hours in advance, and the Registrar's Office will be notified of this debt.
