New Students | Returning Students
Registration
Students must register annually with DSO to receive services and exam accommodations. This means that you have to return each academic year for a review of the previous year's accommodations, how you managed academically, and any changes that may need to be implemented. It is your chance to let us know how your previous year went and how we can best continue to meet your needs.
NB. All students must register with DSO before November 7 to be accommodated for December exams, and before March 7 for finals in April.

7th to receive your exam accommodations.

Step 2
Collect Forms for Your Individualized Accommodation:
Once you have re-registered on line, you still have to go to the office to sign all forms and receive your accommodation letter. This does not require an appointment; check the DSO website for scheduled pick-up and drop-in times.
Why must I register with Disability Services every year?
Regular feedback allows students and staff to know what's working, and what needs to be changed or modified. By renewing your accommodations annually, they reflect your current accommodation needs as your move through your program of study.
You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in
order to open and view PDF documents.
