Registration with Queen's Student Accessibility Services (QSAS)
New students entering Queen's University can partially register with QSAS online. Enter your name, student number and upload your disability documentation. When we receive this information, QSAS will obtain additional information from the Queen's SOLUS Student Centre (i.e., course information) to complete your file.
After submitting your documentation, you must contact QSAS directly to book a confidential advising appointment. At this appointment, your advisor will discuss with you your accommodation needs, create an accommodation plan and provide information about other supports and services as needed.
Returning students whose disability and accommodation needs have NOT changed can now re-register with QSAS completely online. Using your Queen's NetID and password, students log on to the QSAS re-registration system to view the most recent academic accommodations. If no changes are required, simply click "approve" and generate a Letter of Accommodation(LoA). You can then email a link to your LoA to your instructors.
QSAS staff will email instructions to all returning students in mid-August. Please note: This information will be emailed to your Queen's email address only.
Changes to Disability and/or Accommodations
If your disability or health condition has changed or if you need changes to your academic accommodations, please contact QSAS for an advising appointment.
