Peer Mentors are upper year students who have been trained to teach important academic survival skills to other students through a Mentoring process. For example, they can assess a student’s learning and study skills, and assist them with improving these. Additionally, Mentors may also play a large role in supporting and empowering students through the personal challenges they may face throughout their academic careers.
