Dr. Allyson Harrison, Director of the Regional Assessment and Resource Centre (RARC), is a neuropsychologist with over 15 years' experience in assessment of learning disability, ADHD, and traumatic brain injury. Dr. Harrison's research in the field is widely published, and she is a sought-after speaker in Canada and abroad. Dr. Harrison consulted to the Ontario Learning Opportunities Task Force and the development of the RARC, the NOARC, and the Enhanced Services Fund which supports assistive technologists and learning strategists in all Ontario post-secondary institutions. She contributed significantly to the work of the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario in developing the definition of learning disabilities for use by the province. Dr. Harrison welcomes inquiries regarding any aspect of PACTs of the RARC and is available for consultation or vetting of documentation of LD, ADHD or traumatic brain injury.

Barbara Roberts is the Coordinator with PACT. Barbara has a degree in psychology with an emphasis in reading, and is trained and experienced as an occupational therapist, with extensive background in learning disabilities, psychiatric illness, physical and sensory impairment. Barbara has over 17 years of experience with accommodation planning and implementation in both academic and employment settings. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Education, examining the determination of essential requirements criteria in professional education. Barbara completed her training as a mediator with Stitt, Feld Handy, in collaboration with the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
