Queen's UniversityHEBR 190: Introduction to Modern Hebrew (6.0)
This course is designed for students with minimal or no background in Hebrew. The course introduces students with the basic structure and usage of Modern Hebrew. We start by learning the letters and gradually move to grammar, basic sentence structure and verbs. In class exercises and homework include writing, reading and speaking with the purpose of establishing foundations for communication.

Students will use the text book "Ivrit Min Hahatchala - level 1".
The text book is available at the Campus Bookstore.

You will be required to sign this waiver and bring it with you for your first class in September.
