Completed a MA at Queen's in 1972. For the last 23 years I have been a faculty member at Sage College of Albany and I am a professor of history and political science. I am currently co-president with my wife, Beth Strum, of the Jewish Historical Society of Northeastern New York, and I serve as section chair for American foreign policy and international relations for the New York State Political Science Association. Most recent paper was: "Famine Relief from the Children of Auld Scotia: American aid to Scotland, 1846-47, at the New England Historical Association Conference held at the University of Vermont in October. I completed a program review of the political science program at Nazareth College of Rochester in November.
