Professor Emeritus James Leith receives Diamond Jubilee Medal
Dr. Leith receives Diamond Jubilee Medal for lifetime achievements. At the annual conference of Humanities and Social Sciences, hosted at the University of Waterloo on May 29, 2012, Lyle Dick, President of the Canadian Historical Association presented him with the medal.
Dr. Leith is past President of the Canadian Historical Association (1994-95) and was a Canadian representative to the International Congress of Historical Sciences from 1995-2000.
