Education

B.A. Honours in History and English at The University of Western Ontario

About

While pursuing my undergraduate degree at Western, I primarily focused my studies on Social and Gender History in North America during the twentieth century. Under the guidance of Dr. Karen Dubinsky, the central area of interest I hope to continue to study at the M.A. level is the role and impact of homosexuals and members of the LGBT community within Canadian History, specifically during the early to mid-twentieth century.

Outside of the classroom, I served as both the president of Western's undergraduate History Society and the Editor-in-Chief of The Mirror, Canada's oldest undergraduate history journal in the final year of my undergrad. I am also an enthusiast of all areas of the arts. I look forward to working alongside my colleagues and educators at Queens.
