B.A. Honours, McMaster Unversity, 2010
Studying at McMaster University, I completed my degree in History and Political Science with a Minor in Peace Studies. During this time, I focused on issues surrounding human rights and democracy in both a historical and contemporary framework. In my final years at McMaster, I also became increasingly interested in 1960s Canada. My MA thesis, as supervised by Dr Ian McKay, will thus employ the theories of the Front de Liberation du Quebec as they relate to historical and contemporary theories of development, democracy, and liberation in Quebec, Canada, and throughout the world.
