The History department does not allow students to register for courses that are in conflict in terms of time schedule. Students may not register for courses, when class meeting times conflict with other classes. Attendance in History courses is mandatory. Except for legitimate and accepted excuses, absence from class will affect students' final grades. It is the student's responsibility to make sure that his or her schedule is without time conflicts."
