The HMRC-CREATE program prepares trainees for professional roles as researchers in the field of Bone and Joint Health Technologies.
Upon completion, trainees will have the ability to:
Demonstrate effective integration of biological, engineering, and information technologies in bone and joint health research.
Practice translational research by focusing on clinical problems and effective dissemination of research into practice.
Participate in best practices of medical product commercialization associated with research outcomes in bone and joint health technologies.
Integrate professional practices related to regulatory, policy, social, and ethical issues into research activities.
Communicate effectively with other professionals and in environments outside one's area of specialization.
Lead others effectively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
Contribute to the development of self and others through effective management of one's professional and personal roles.
