Summer Interns' Pilot Projects
In the summer of 2010, seven pilot research projects were undertaken. Below are some of the project abstracts:
- Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ASCs)
- Estimating Knee-Joint Angles using Inertia-Based Sensors
- Finite Element modeling (FEM) of vertebrae, Wear Testing of Implant Material, and Mosaicplasty
- Objective Evaluation of Muscular Strength Parameters and Joint Health Using Isokinetic Dynamometry
- Reverse Shoulder Prostheses
