The HMRC-CREATE Advantage
HMRC-CREATE trainees will gain advanced technical and professional skills that will enhance their research experience.
HMRC-CREATE trainees will:
- Acquire advanced technical knowledge in imaging, computer-assisted surgical guidance, and regenerative methods for tissue reconstruction
- Gain an understanding of clinical practices and health care delivery
- Gain expertise in commercialization practices
- Develop skills for working in multidisciplinary teams
- Enhance their communication skills
- Develop leadership and management skills
- Write and submit grant proposals and scientific manuscripts
