Something Special Children's Centre (Day Care)

Something Special Children’s Centre is located conveniently close to Queen’s Campus. The programming is child centered, focusing on activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development. The rooms are also child oriented and are designed to promote fun and healthy activity. Nutritious meals and snacks are prepared on site. The centre also tries to involve parents; the board of directors is made largely of parents. All teachers are Registered Early Childhood Educators, have current CPIC's (police clearance), First Aid, and C.P.R. SSCC is committed to ongoing professional development for staff.
