Wee Watch Enriched Home Child Care (Home Care)


Wee Watch is currently responsible for twenty-three homes. They aim to provide flexible care in your neighbourhood. Wee Watch visits its homes at least once per month. They provide start-up equipment and offer workshops on an on-going basis to caregivers. Caregivers are required to have C.P.R. training. There is a one-time registration fee of $35. Parents are required to pay for days their child is absent due to illness. After 1 year of enrolment, parents are entitled 2 weeks of vacation. Wee Watch supplies some craft materials, and the Play and Learn series of activity booklets, and more.

Wee Watch will provide care for children ages 6 weeks - 12 years. It is licensed to operate 30 homes. No more than five daycare children can be in each home under the age of six. Within that, no more than 3 can be under 3 and no more than 2 can be under 2. Wee Watch can negotiate care for evenings, weekends, and holidays on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule
Wee Watch charges for statutory holidays. A holding fee equivalent to the first two weeks of care in the fall will reserve a spot if a child is removed for the summer.
