NetIDs and Email Addresses
Your employee NetID is used to access your e-pay advice slip through MyHR and systems related to your employment (e.g. PeopleSoft, Office 365, etc.). Alerts from the MyHR system are sent to employee accounts. For important security and privacy reasons, your employee email account must be used for all communications related to your employment.
Employee NetIDs and Email Addresses are available once your job information has been entered into HR PeopleSoft and can be activated up to 30 days prior to your job start date. The Queen’s NetID Profile Manager can be used to activate your employee NetID and employee email account. The NetID Profile Manager can also be used to reset your NetID password.
