Housing Options for Seniors

While many seniors today are able to own and live in private residences, some choose the security and dependability of a long-term care facility, retirement home, or senior-targeted residential accommodation. To browse these types of accommodation, click on the appropriately titled sections below. To go directly to a specific facility, click on one of the listed facilities.

There are many community services and organizations that can increase the independence of seniors. Most of these services are also applicable to seniors living with a caregiver. For more information, see the Living at Home and Community Care sections below.
