Effective July 1, 2014, employees appointed as a Postdoctoral fellow and are represented by PSAC Local 901 (Unit 2) will be eligible for enrollment in the Queen’s Dental Benefit Plan.
In order to be eligible for enrolment, an employee must be actively employed and the employee’s total length of staff appointment(s) at Queen’s University must equal or exceed 12 months.
Enrolment in Queen’s Dental Plan is mandatory for eligible employees unless the employee has dental coverage through another provider. Employees who decline the benefit will be required to provide official documentation to validate current coverage.
All employees eligible for enrollment effective July 1st will be contacted by Human Resources no later than June 30th, 2014 to complete an enrolment form.
Employees who are not currently eligible will be contacted for enrollment upon meeting the eligibility requirements.
