HR Client Services Team Portfolio Communication
We are pleased to announce that the Human Resources Department is in the process of transitioning to a client service team model. The launch of the first phase of this model will coincide with the transition to HR PeopleSoft on Wednesday, February 22, 2012. The Client Services Team will be the first point of contact for Queen’s managers, department administrators, faculty and staff who are in need professional human resources support.
Client Service Team representatives will provide professional, timely advice and support with matters relating to:
• employee hires, rehires, leaves, transfers and terminations;
• employee pay;
• staff and faculty benefits administration including childcare and tuition support;
• the recruitment process for staff positions;
• Queen’s University policies, procedures and collective agreements.
