Claims submission during the rolling postal strike

As the rolling postal strike continues, the submission of medical and dental claims to Great-West Life through the mail may be delayed. Although it is recommended that claims be submitted electronically, it is not possible to do so in all cases.  Therefore, for the duration of the postal strike, Human Resources will be accepting benefit claims to be sent by courier to the Great-West Life Claims department on a weekly basis. Faculty and staff can drop off their medical and dental claim forms in a sealed envelope to Human Resources in Fleming Hall, Stewart Pollock wing (1st floor reception). Please ensure to take copies of your documents before dropping them off at Human Resources.

GroupNet Plan members can enroll at anytime to get direct deposit claim payments with eClaims.  Additional details and instructions can be found on the GroupNet for Plan Members page.
